Neighbors Looking Out for Neighbors
This site was built by Wilshire Lakes homeowners who believe every resident deserves the full picture before casting a vote that could permanently change our community.
Why We Built This Site
When we learned about the scope of the proposed HOA document changes, we were concerned — not just about the changes themselves, but about how they were being handled. Residents were given limited time to review complex legal documents. There were no open community forums. Questions sent to the board went unanswered or received vague responses.
We believe that's not good enough. Homeowners in Wilshire Lakes have rights — and one of the most important is the right to be fully informed before voting on changes that affect their property and their community.
This site exists to fill that gap. We've compiled the facts, the documents, and the answers to the questions we kept hearing from neighbors. We're not asking you to take our word for it — we're asking you to read the documents, watch the videos, and decide for yourself.
Transparency
We publish the actual documents and let the facts speak. No cherry-picking, no spin — just the information residents need to make an informed decision.
Accountability
We believe the board should be accountable to the community it serves. Major changes to governing documents require genuine resident input — not a rushed vote.
Community First
We're not anti-HOA. We're pro-community. A well-run HOA protects property values and quality of life. These changes, as written, do the opposite.
